We use various tracking pixels. This tool enables the tracking of your movement once you access LinkedIn/Instagram
through our website. You will be automatically linked with their servers. Through that we collect the information
that your browser is linked to the respective site of our website to enable personalized ads.

We use a tool called Google Analytics. This tool uses so-called cookies, text files which are being stored on your
computer and enable the analysis of your usage of the website. Only you can prevent your browser software from
storing cookies. In order to do this, you have to change your settings although some features will be deactivated.

Our website hosts Social Plug-Ins of the social network Google+. If you click on sites of our websites containing
such Plug-Ins, your browser is consequently connected with the Google servers. Google will transfer the content of
the Plug-In directly to your browser and integrate it into the site. Through that Google collects the information
that your browser is linked to the respective site of our website. Should you be logged into your Google Account,
Google automatically correlates your visit of our website with your Google+ profile.
